Job Summary
We seek a dependable Petrol Station Supervisor to manage daily operational activities, provide oversight to attendants, track sales and fuel inventory levels, and maintain excellent standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the station and manage the team to ensure seamless functionality.
Oversee the tracking of fuel sales volumes and inventory quantities to ensure optimal availability and prevent shortages.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment at all times.
Compile daily sales and operational reports to track performance metrics and operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to all established safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a National Diploma qualification, complemented by a minimum of two to four years of relevant professional experience.
Proficiency in a convenience store or petroleum retail setting would be advantageous.
Exceptional leadership abilities, strong communication proficiency, and a solid foundation in numerical analysis are essential for this role.
Skilled in thriving under tight deadlines while effectively leading and motivating a team to achieve optimal performance.
