This includes leading and managing the HR team, handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions, and overseeing training and development programs to foster high performance. Additionally, the position involves managing performance management systems, recruitment and selection processes, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Nigeria Labour Laws. Responsibilities also extend to HR budgeting, forecasting, database management, and compensation administration to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in manufacturing setup operations is required for consideration for this position.
Membership in the Canadian Institute of Procurement & Material Management (CI PMN) and/or possession of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification would be advantageous.
