The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s HR policies and strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering organizational success. This role involves supervising HR personnel, managing employee grievances and disciplinary procedures, and overseeing HR training and development initiatives. Additionally, the position requires overseeing performance management systems to drive high performance, leading recruitment and selection processes, and ensuring compliance with Nigeria Labour Laws. The role also encompasses HR budgeting and forecasting, HR database management, and compensation management, with a focus on strategic HR contributions to the organization’s overall success.
