To consistently expand branches, Agent Managers, Agents, Accounts Volume, and Transactions Volume in alignment with established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Develop and implement robust policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Foster a collaborative work environment by empowering cross-functional teams, providing mentorship, and resolving interpersonal conflicts to maximize engagement and retention. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to drive informed decision-making. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the visibility and recognition of Hope PS Bank’s products and services.

Responsibilities include conducting thorough research to pinpoint prospective retail markets and clusters, then developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to attract agents and facilitate account acquisitions.

Support the coordination of sales/cluster STORMS initiatives and other retail promotional campaigns.

To ensure Agents and Agent Managers achieve their predetermined objectives, providing guidance and support to drive performance toward established targets.
