JOB PURPOSE:

To consistently expand branches, Agent Managers, Agents, Accounts Volume, and Transactions Volume in alignment with established KPIs.

Overseeing and executing key operational duties to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness, including strategic planning, team leadership, and process optimization. Managing cross-functional projects, allocating resources, and fostering collaboration to achieve business objectives. Monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data trends, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and quality. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while maintaining high standards of accountability. Developing and mentoring team members to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Promote and cultivate familiarity with the diverse range of products and services offered by Hope PS Bank to target audiences.

Prospecting and promoting potential retail markets or clusters to cultivate agent networks and expand account acquisitions.

Support the coordination of sales/cluster STORMS and additional retail promotional initiatives.

Achieving predetermined targets set for Agents and Agent Managers is essential. Ensuring that all team members meet or exceed their designated goals remains a key responsibility.

Support the execution and oversight of ongoing marketing and promotional initiatives.

Agent recruitment involves identifying, attracting, and selecting suitable candidates for open positions. Onboarding ensures new hires are smoothly integrated into the team through structured orientation and training. Management of agents includes continuous performance evaluation, providing constructive feedback, and fostering professional development to maintain high productivity and retention rates.

Responsibilities include overseeing the registration and onboarding of agents, establishing brand guidelines, and executing promotional strategies to enhance market presence.

Act as a key liaison, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between the bank and agent or agent managers.

Execute any additional ad hoc tasks as directed by the Regional Head.

Performs various additional duties as assigned, including those that may arise periodically.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAMS: Applicants must hold a relevant academic degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Completion of specialized training courses or certifications pertinent to the role may be advantageous. These programs should be designed to enhance technical competencies, leadership capabilities, or industry-specific knowledge, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE IN THIS ROLE:

Directs the recruitment, training, and development of agents while monitoring their compliance with policies and procedures. Analyzes network data to identify trends, resolve operational challenges, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless communication and support agent success.

With a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of product distribution, you bring valuable expertise to drive revenue growth and optimize market reach. Your experience in managing distribution channels and fostering client relationships positions you to excel in this role, ensuring seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Possesses comprehensive expertise in retail operations, product management, and MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) business frameworks.

Requires familiarity with the operational framework and key components of the Agency Banking ecosystem.

Collaborative professional who thrives in cooperative environments, actively contributing to group objectives and fostering a harmonious team dynamic.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to engage and connect with others across various digital platforms.
