Requirements:
Established expertise as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a distinguished hotel or restaurant setting is required.
Demonstrates extensive expertise in both regional and global culinary traditions and techniques.
Demonstrates outstanding leadership capabilities and a high degree of proficiency in kitchen management.
Proven capability in crafting innovative menus, optimizing food expenditures, and upholding stringent food quality benchmarks is essential.
Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards and regulations.
Capable of thriving in high-pressure environments while providing strong leadership to kitchen personnel.
Compensation: A competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications will be provided, reflecting the scope and demands of the position.
A competitive monthly compensation of $300,000 is offered for this position.
