Autonomously executing intricate hand-installed electrical, solar, and other energy system installations and maintenance across all Médecins sans frontières (MSF) facilities within the mission—including offices, health structures, warehouses, Guest Houses, and more—strictly adhering to MSF’s established standards and protocols to guarantee the operational reliability and upkeep of MSF equipment and installations.

Core Technical Expertise encompasses a range of specialized fields including but not limited to software development methodologies, systems architecture, data engineering, cybersecurity protocols, and cloud infrastructure management. Candidates are expected to demonstrate proficiency in at least two of these domains, with a strong preference for expertise in cloud solutions and automation frameworks. Additionally, a solid grasp of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go is required, along with experience in DevOps practices, containerization technologies, and CI/CD pipelines. Generator Systems Technician (Hand-Working Skills Required)

Conduct generator sizing through comprehensive load calculations tailored for offices, hospitals, guesthouses, and warehouses located in Abuja.

Responsibilities include supervising and executing the installation of generators, encompassing cabling, grounding, and protection systems, across all Médecins sans frontières (MSF) facilities in Abuja.

Execute comprehensive testing and commissioning procedures for generators to verify operational functionality, adherence to safety protocols, and strict compliance with regulatory standards.

Plan and execute scheduled generator maintenance, identify faults through diagnostic procedures, and implement corrective measures to sustain continuous power delivery.
