Job Summary

The Savings Sales Marketing Officer plays a pivotal role in driving deposit mobilization efforts, expanding the customer base for savings products, and strategically promoting these offerings to meet organizational deposit growth targets.

Oversee and execute the primary functions associated with this position, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices. Implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency, drive productivity, and contribute to the achievement of departmental and company-wide goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and foster a culture of continuous innovation and excellence. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support informed decision-making and strategic planning. Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating seamless communication and coordination to ensure cohesive workflow and project execution. Maintain compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and standards while upholding the highest ethical and professional conduct.

Market savings and investment products encompass a diverse range of financial solutions designed to help individuals and businesses grow and preserve their wealth. These offerings include high-yield savings accounts, certificates of deposit, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, retirement plans, and fixed-income securities, among others. Tailored to meet varying risk tolerances and financial objectives, they provide opportunities for both short-term liquidity and long-term capital appreciation. Clients rely on these products to build financial security, diversify portfolios, and achieve specific milestones, such as retirement or educational funding.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering successful outcomes.

A relevant academic qualification, such as an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline, is required for this role.

Individuals with a track record of successful deposit mobilization or sales will be afforded preference.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in cultivating and maintaining professional networks and partnerships. Exhibits a keen ability to establish and nurture meaningful connections, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations and long-term relationships.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in conveying ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, as well as delivering engaging and impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
