The Clinical Department is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality patient care and support clinical operations with precision. Job Objective

Oversee the complete dialysis treatment cycle, beginning with patient admission and assessment and concluding with treatment completion and discharge.

Before, during, and after dialysis treatments, closely observe patients, record detailed observations, and immediately report any deviations from normal conditions to ensure timely intervention.

Administer prescribed medications and treatments with precision and adherence to safety protocols.

Maintain rigorous compliance with all infection prevention and control protocols to safeguard health and safety standards.

Ensure patient safety and comfort are consistently upheld throughout each dialysis treatment session.

Work collaboratively with the Head Nurse and Medical Officer to address and manage medical emergencies effectively within the dialysis center.

Upon detecting any complications or adverse reactions in patients during treatment, promptly assess the situation and escalate concerns as necessary.

Provide support in executing emergency protocols and stabilizing patients when required.

Ensure patient records are meticulously maintained, complete, and kept current at all times.

Record all treatment specifics, patient advancements, clinical observations, and nursing actions meticulously within the hospital’s information system.

Maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard all patient data consistently and rigorously at every stage.

Oversee the meticulous organization and precise scheduling of all dialysis sessions to maintain optimal patient care and operational efficiency.

Ensure dialysis equipment and treatment areas are meticulously prepared in compliance with established operational and safety protocols.

Monitor consumable levels regularly and immediately notify management of any shortages to prevent operational disruptions.

Assist in the onboarding, educational advancement, and professional growth of newly hired nursing personnel.

Engage actively in ongoing professional development initiatives and clinical training programs to enhance and refine your skills and knowledge.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in the industry.
