The Extension and Farmer Success Manager will oversee Vetsark’s initiatives for farmer onboarding, extension support, farm monitoring, and performance evaluation.

This position ensures farmers achieve strong production, profitability, repayment, and retention outcomes. The Manager oversees extension officers and field agents, tracks farm data, organizes technical interventions, and guides farmers through every stage of the production cycle.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity across departments. Act as a primary liaison between senior management and operational teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and present actionable insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making. Additionally, manage budget allocations, resource distribution, and risk mitigation strategies while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
