Examine eggs to identify any cracks, dirt, debris, or other irregularities that may compromise quality standards.
Eggs must be evaluated and categorized according to size, weight, and established quality criteria.
Remove and dispose of damaged, broken, or unsuitable eggs in accordance with proper waste management protocols.
Carefully sort, clean, and organize eggs into appropriate trays, cartons, or crates for distribution or storage.
Maintain optimal storage conditions for eggs to preserve their freshness and ensure top-tier quality.
Record daily egg collection, grading results, breakages, and losses.
Ensure the egg collection and grading areas are consistently maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.
Maintain strict adherence to biosecurity protocols, health guidelines, and safety standards throughout all operational activities.
Ensure any anomalies, including heightened egg breakage rates, signs of disease, or operational equipment issues, are promptly reported to the supervisor for further evaluation.
Provide support in conducting inventory counts and overseeing the stock management of egg trays and packaging materials.
Assist in executing additional poultry farm tasks as directed by supervisory personnel.
