Ensures the seamless coordination of all mechanical maintenance execution activities within each designated plant area.

Responsible for the execution of maintenance work carried out on mechanical equipment in the plant with proper feedback to the Sectional Engineer

Establishes and adheres to systematic approaches within the relevant discipline by designing efficient processes and guaranteeing their proper execution.

Ensures meticulous planning and allocation of work and resources, utilizing methods and executing assigned tasks as directed in the CMMS or by the Mechanical Maintenance Manager. Additionally, diligently closes out these tasks in SAP to maintain accurate records and operational efficiency.

The incumbent oversees the objectives and missions of the assigned team, conducts their performance evaluations, ensures the quality of on-site work, and fosters team motivation.

Ensures that all subordinates adhere strictly to established safety rules and regulations within work areas.

Review with Planners weekly, monthly and shut down maintenance task according to the production needs

Monitor and maintain the spare parts inventory in collaboration with the planner, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the list to support operational readiness and minimize downtime.

Ensures the availability and proper management of all essential tools required to facilitate the seamless daily execution of tasks, strictly adhering to the established departmental tools procedure.

Conduct thorough investigations into critical plant failures to identify their underlying root causes.

Consistently adheres to established policies in all operational activities, participates actively in departmental meetings, and ensures the effective execution of management directives among team members. Additionally, systematically reports outcomes and progress to the Senior Mechanical Manager.

Stays continuously updated on standard plant operations to effectively fulfill on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive records and organizing all Permits, Assessments, and Audit-related documentation for effective tracking and performance evaluation.
