This is a full-time, on-site position for a Factory Supervisor/Saline Expert located in Lagos, responsible for managing daily factory operations within paper packaging production. Key duties include supervising production lines, overseeing workflow efficiency, and enforcing strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.

The Factory Supervisor/Saline Expert will oversee saline and die-cut layout operations, refine machine configurations, and collaborate with design and production personnel to maintain precise and high-efficiency packaging results.

The role encompasses organizing and overseeing production schedules, tracking material consumption, reducing waste, and verifying that products adhere to established quality and specification standards.

This position involves providing direction and mentorship to production personnel, overseeing the maintenance of production records and reports, and working closely with maintenance and operations teams to address challenges and enhance overall operational efficiency.
