Responsibilties
Scheduling and executing routine inspections of HVAC units, boilers, water systems, and electrical components to uphold operational reliability and avert potential system failures.
Performs repairs for guest rooms and facility maintenance, including fixing damaged furniture, faucets, and locks, as well as patching drywall and addressing work orders submitted by housekeeping staff or guests.
Ensuring safety and compliance involves conducting inspections of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and emergency lighting, as well as verifying that all areas adhere to local health and safety regulations.
Operates and maintains critical machinery, such as elevators, laundry systems, kitchen appliances, and swimming pool filtration units, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability.
Energy management involves tracking energy usage patterns and enhancing equipment efficiency to minimize operational expenses.
Maintaining the building’s exterior involves regular upkeep of the facade, parking lot, lighting systems, and landscaping to ensure a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment.
In urgent scenarios, including power outages or water leaks, prompt action is taken to address and resolve emergency situations efficiently.
Inventory and Contractor Management: Supervising the procurement and tracking of maintenance supplies while coordinating with external contractors to ensure specialized repair services are delivered efficiently.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Possesses at least three years of professional experience in software development, preferably with expertise in Python, Java, or C++. Demonstrates familiarity with various frameworks, such as Django, Spring Boot, or .NET. Exhibits strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment. Must be proficient in SQL and database management. Values clear communication and adaptability in dynamic project settings.
