About the Role

Execute sales outreach through phone communications, perform on-site evaluations of client facilities, and deliver comprehensive presentations to prospective clients regarding our offerings.
Proactively engage in contract negotiations and finalize agreements to drive optimal financial outcomes.

Track and analyze evolving market trends, competitive actions, and pricing frameworks to inform strategic decision-making.
Compile periodic sales reports, projections, and evaluations of performance to track progress and identify trends.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience. Strong proficiency in GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations is essential, as is expertise with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Exceptional analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality are critical. The role demands effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Previous experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a comparable discipline is required.
With a minimum of three to six years of proven experience in hotel sales or the broader hospitality industry, you will bring a depth of knowledge and expertise to this role.
