What you would be expected to do

Overseeing the tracking, control, and optimization of inventory levels is a key responsibility of this role, ensuring accurate stock records, efficient replenishment, and alignment with demand forecasts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to assess inventory performance, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions, along with proficiency in inventory management software to streamline processes. Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams are essential for maintaining seamless operations and minimizing stock outs or excess inventory. Experience in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with supply chain best practices are preferred.

Receive and process incoming stock, maintaining accurate inventory records within the warehouse.

Oversee stock management and distribution in strict adherence to FIFO (First In, First Out) protocols.

Stocks are distributed in accordance with specified requirements.

Responsible for the ongoing management and updating of stock cards to ensure accurate and current inventory records.

Maintain and supply readily available sales information as required.

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date digital log of all goods received and issued transactions.

Conduct daily inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels and identify discrepancies promptly.

Receive defective stock returned from the field and organize it for disposal.

Perform monthly inventory audits to ensure accurate record-keeping and asset accountability, maintaining precise stock levels and identifying discrepancies for corrective action.

Oversee the complete inventory of spare parts, ensuring timely re-orders to maintain optimal stock levels.

Compiles and presents detailed reports on various operational metrics and performance indicators to ensure transparency and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Analyzes trends, identifies anomalies, and provides actionable insights to stakeholders within specified deadlines. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather accurate data, validate findings, and maintain consistency in reporting formats. Ensures compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements while optimizing reporting processes for efficiency and clarity.

Compile and distribute daily inventory reports for stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely presentation of stock levels and availability.

Each day, compile and document the inventory of items issued for replacement or replenishment, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting maintaining optimal stock levels.

Repairs mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance. Diagnoses issues using diagnostic tools and equipment, performs preventative maintenance, and replaces worn or defective components. Collaborates with maintenance teams to address urgent repairs and minimize downtime. Ensures adherence to industry regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and safety protocols. Maintains detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and service reports. Requires proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Must possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Perform standard repairs on items returned within the warranty period.

Oversee the daily operations of the retail establishment to ensure efficient and effective functioning. Lead a team of associates, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a productive work environment. Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain compliance and deliver exceptional customer service. Monitor inventory levels, track sales performance, and analyze data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with district managers and corporate teams to align store objectives with broader business goals. Ensure the store adheres to all safety and security protocols to protect staff and merchandise.

The center must be consistently kept clean and organized, with the shop floor arranged precisely according to SKU specifications.

Ensure the repair workbench remains orderly at all times, maintaining a clean and organized workspace conducive to efficient operations.

Safety protocols must be strictly observed to prevent potential hazards at the workstation.

Greet customers who arrive without an appointment and deliver attentive service as required.

Responsibilities include accepting defective components, diagnosing technical malfunctions, and confirming warranty coverage by conducting multiple verification tests.

Assist Energy Officers by collaborating with the Call Center to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
