Oversee a variety of critical tasks to ensure operational excellence and organizational success, including managing day-to-day activities, supervising team performance, and driving strategic initiatives. Produce high-quality poultry feed consistently to meet established standards.
Responsibilities include operating and maintaining crushers, grinders, and mixers to process grains and ingredients in strict accordance with specified formulas.
Consistently evaluate feed for uniformity, nutritional composition, and cleanliness to ensure compliance with stringent farm regulations.
Handle incoming bagged materials, including corn and soy, while overseeing the management of micro-ingredient hoppers and maintaining proper storage conditions to prevent contamination.
Conduct regular maintenance on machinery components, including lubricating bearings, examining gearboxes, and assessing belts to reduce the likelihood of mechanical failures.
Ensure strict adherence to biosecurity protocols, health regulations, and safety standards to uphold a pristine and compliant mill environment.
Prepare precise daily records of production volumes, ingredient consumption, and equipment efficiency.
Requirements:
A qualification equivalent to a Higher National Diploma (HND) or vocational training in feed production, mechanics, or a closely related discipline is required.
Upon their return to duty, all employees will undergo comprehensive training to ensure readiness and compliance with updated protocols.
