Job Summary

We are in search of a dedicated and innovative Primary School Teacher to enhance our educational team.

A dedicated professional with a proven track record in fostering the academic, social, and emotional development of every child.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across departments. Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and performance metrics to optimize efficiency and productivity. Lead project initiatives from inception to completion, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and delivering measurable outcomes within specified timelines. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while mentoring and developing team members to enhance their professional growth and organizational contribution.

Develop and execute dynamic instructional sessions covering essential disciplines such as Literacy, Numeracy, Science, and Social Studies, ensuring alignment with established state and national academic standards.

Foster an encouraging and inclusive classroom atmosphere that effectively accommodates a wide range of learning requirements.

Evaluate and monitor student development, offering constructive feedback while modifying instructional approaches to meet evolving needs.

Duties include fostering productive partnerships with teaching assistants, specialists, and parents, ensuring cohesive support for student development and learning outcomes.

Facilitate students’ social-emotional growth and cultivate a positive classroom behavior environment.

Attend staff meetings, engage in professional development activities, and take part in social events.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Elementary or Primary Education, or a closely related field, is required for this position.

Holds a valid state-issued teaching certificate or license specifically for the primary education level.

Professional experience delivering instruction in an elementary school setting, encompassing both formal teaching roles and supervised student teaching assignments, is required.

Effective in maintaining classroom discipline and fostering clear, productive communication with students, staff, and stakeholders.

Demonstrates a strong dedication to individualized instruction and student-centered educational approaches.
