Oversee and execute a comprehensive set of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational goals are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize operational outcomes. Serve as a key liaison between senior management and departmental teams to facilitate clear communication, foster collaboration, and support long-term business objectives.
Design, create, and deploy communication systems tailored for both space-based and terrestrial platforms.
Configure, validate, and troubleshoot RF, satellite, and wireless communication systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate communication subsystems into aerospace platforms.
Conduct comprehensive link budget assessments, execute signal processing tasks, and optimize communication protocols to ensure efficient data transmission and system performance.
Observe and resolve issues related to network performance and signal integrity to ensure optimal functionality.
Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
Conduct research and develop proposals for cutting-edge communication technologies and innovative architectural frameworks to drive forward progress.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, with expertise in full-stack development, cloud computing, and DevOps practices. Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions are mandatory. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams are additional prerequisites.
A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent discipline is required.
A minimum of two years of practical experience in communication system design or RF engineering is required.
Proficiency in satellite communication systems, RF circuit design, and digital modulation techniques is essential.
A strong command of simulation tools, including MATLAB, HESS, CST, or comparable software, is essential for conducting signal and antenna analyses.
Proficiency in software-defined radio (SDR), IoT communication protocols, or 5G technologies is considered beneficial.
Preferred Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to interpret complex data and derive meaningful insights. Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools is highly desirable, as is a solid understanding of research methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to convey findings clearly to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability in dynamic environments, a commitment to continuous learning, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Experience in project management or a related field is advantageous, as is familiarity with industry-specific regulations or standards.
Proficient in satellite link design and VSAT system architecture, with expertise in optimizing communication pathways and ensuring reliable data transmission.
Proven expertise in integrating and testing hardware components ensures seamless system functionality and reliability.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of low-Earth orbit (LEO) satellite network systems and their operational frameworks.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in analytical reasoning and possesses robust problem-solving capabilities.
Proven expertise in fostering collaboration and conveying ideas effectively within a team environment is essential.
