Oversee a range of critical tasks to ensure operational efficiency and team productivity. Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals while monitoring progress to drive continuous improvement. Lead cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration and accountability among team members. Manage project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and maintain high standards of quality and performance. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and industry regulations to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity.
Installs HT panels, LT panels, transformers, and motors, ensuring proper setup and adherence to specifications.
Requirements
Candidates with a strong interest are encouraged to apply, provided they hold an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering along with a minimum of four years of hands-on experience as a Site Electrical Engineer in Gas Engine Generators, Oil & Gas, and Steel Companies.
Requires strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for report preparation and maintenance.
