We’re in search of a talented Graphic Designer/Videographer to bolster Phase3 Telecom’s corporate communications and branding initiatives. This position merges visual design with video production, with the primary responsibility of transforming approved creative briefs into exceptional graphics and engaging video content tailored for digital, broadcast, and internal distribution channels.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing operational, strategic, and administrative functions to ensure seamless team performance and organizational goals are consistently met. Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with departmental leaders to align on objectives, optimize resource allocation, and maintain high standards of productivity. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and employee engagement through proactive leadership and clear communication of expectations. Manage stakeholder relationships with professionalism, ensuring transparency, timely updates, and alignment with business priorities. Lead project planning, execution, and evaluation to deliver measurable results while mitigating risks and adhering to budgetary constraints.

Create compelling visual content tailored for digital platforms, presentations, reports, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.

Develop, capture, and refine video content tailored for corporate communications, marketing initiatives, events, and digital channels.

Craft motion graphics, animations, and video treatments that align with established brand guidelines.

Transform designs and video content to suit various platforms, including web, social media, broadcast, and internal applications.

Ensure uniformity in both visual and audiovisual elements across all deliverables.

Maintain consistency across all creative materials to reflect Phase3 Telecom’s brand identity, tone, and corporate standards.

Evaluate all visual assets, including graphics and video content, to verify their precision, clarity, and preparedness for production.

Perform all duties in strict accordance with the approved directives issued by the Head of Corporate Communications.

Work collaboratively with communications officers, writers, and other key stakeholders to develop content.

Deliver feedback with precision and adhere strictly to established deadlines.

Organize and oversee media assets, project files, and video archives to ensure efficient accessibility and management.

Finalize files to meet the specifications required for digital publishing, broadcast, or print production.

Deliver comprehensive photographic and ideographic coverage for corporate events, activations, and on-site field activities.

Carry out any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed, ensuring alignment with established objectives and operational needs.

Seeking a candidate with proficiency in conflict resolution, strong interpersonal abilities, and exceptional organizational skills. The ideal applicant must have experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously, a proven track record in team leadership, and the capacity to work under pressure. Additionally, familiarity with project management tools and advanced spreadsheet software is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as is the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. A minimum of five years in a related field is mandatory, along with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related discipline. Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, demonstrating advanced proficiency in each application.
