The Growth & Digital Marketing Lead will spearhead the engineering initiatives essential to achieving the ambitious goal of 10x revenue expansion.
This professional will oversee corporate advertising expenditures across various digital platforms, evaluate conversion pathways, enhance user acquisition processes, and establish local brand credibility.
Oversee and execute critical operational duties in alignment with organizational objectives, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance within the designated department or team. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve challenges, and drive continuous innovation. Maintain accountability for project deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify variances, and implement corrective measures as needed. Prepare and present detailed reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, risks, and strategic recommendations for informed decision-making. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to cultivate professional growth and foster a high-performing work environment.
We develop, execute, implement, and continuously refine paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok Ads to generate high-intent conversion traffic to our website.
Develop, oversee, and optimize tracking infrastructure—such as the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and custom event configurations—to ensure precise measurement and reporting of Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Architect and oversee the digital content calendar, leading the production and editing of video content (Reels, TikToks) centered on conversion hooks such as “The NATO Playground Stress Test” and “The NATO Bend Challenge.”
Oversee the entire process of communication, asset distribution, and customized affiliate tracking systems tailored for contracted ‘Ambassadors’, parent bloggers, and micro-influencers.
Conduct ongoing evaluations of web performance metrics, user session recordings, heatmaps, and funnel drop-off points on foci.ng to implement data-driven conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional who meets the following criteria: a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the field, a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience), and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning. Additionally, excellent communication and teamwork capabilities are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in [specific industry or role, if applicable] is highly desirable, and familiarity with [relevant regulations, frameworks, or methodologies] is a plus. Candidates must also possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in their work.
With a minimum of three to five years of demonstrated expertise in growth hacking, performance marketing, or executing direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce campaigns in Nigeria, candidates are expected to meet this requirement.
Technical Proficiency: In-depth expertise in utilizing Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Shopify/WooCommerce administration, and tracking frameworks.
Competence in copywriting tailored to affluent, value-conscious Nigerian parents is essential, along with intermediate-level proficiency in mobile video editing tools such as Cap Cut, Canva, and Premiere Rush.
