Job Summary
We require an accomplished and meticulously organized Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations, manage inventory, supervise staff, coordinate procurement, and uphold beverage service standards.
The successful candidate will oversee seamless daily operations, uphold outstanding service standards, and guide the bar team to consistently create memorable guest experiences.

Responsible for managing day-to-day bar operations, including the execution of opening and closing routines.
Oversee bartenders to guarantee consistent compliance with established service protocols and quality benchmarks.
Oversee the beverage preparation process, ensuring adherence to established standards while maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting thorough quality control checks.
Oversee inventory management, perform stock reconciliations, and coordinate procurement planning activities to ensure optimal supply chain operations.
Deliver precise point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate reporting standards.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen, procurement, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations and alignment across departments.
Oversee the ongoing functionality and maintenance needs of the equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Compile and generate detailed operational and inventory reports on a regular basis to provide accurate insights into current stock levels and operational performance metrics.
Assist with the planning and execution of beverages for events and special functions.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational protocols at all times.
The role demands a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a comparable position. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in industry-specific software. Additionally, familiarity with project management methodologies and regulatory compliance standards is essential. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a track record of problem-solving, team collaboration, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
A relevant Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
A minimum of four years of professional experience in bar operations or hospitality management is required.
Proven expertise in inventory management and procurement is essential for this role. Candidates must demonstrate extensive hands-on experience in optimizing stock levels, streamlining supply chain processes, and negotiating favorable terms with suppliers to drive operational efficiency and cost savings.
Proficient in the operation and management of Point of Sale systems along with expertise in stock reconciliation processes.
Demonstrated expertise in leadership coupled with successful team management capabilities.
Accomplished professionals must possess strong interpersonal, analytical, and administrative abilities to effectively convey information, compile reports, and manage tasks with precision and efficiency.
Must demonstrate flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and within a high-pressure, rapidly evolving setting.
