Collaborate across various departments—including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations—to facilitate smooth and efficient product delivery.
Ensure that product initiatives drive revenue growth, enhance customer retention, and support market expansion efforts.
Ensure products adhere to industry standards, regulatory mandates, and cybersecurity best practices, maintaining robust governance and compliance throughout development and deployment.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is required.
A Master’s degree, such as an MBA, M.Sc. in Innovation Management, or Technology Management, is advantageous.
Demonstrated expertise in product management, a deep understanding of innovation strategy, or hands-on experience in digital transformation initiatives is required.
Minimum 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in roles focused on product management, innovation, or strategic development is required.
Demonstrates a strong history of successfully implementing and optimizing business technology solutions.
Led cross-functional teams and oversaw extensive product portfolios, driving alignment across departments to achieve strategic objectives.
Achieved consistent success in introducing innovative products and securing widespread market adoption within enterprise environments.
