Job Summary
We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service/Admin Officer to oversee client relationships and assist deployed staff. The successful applicant will handle follow-ups, address concerns, and maintain seamless communication among the company, clients, and field personnel.
Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, while ensuring adherence to organizational objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth. Perform routine client check-ins to confirm their contentment with the staff provided.
Ensure ongoing, clear, and consistent communication with outsourced and deployed personnel across all operational sites.
Address customer grievances, workplace disputes, and operational concerns promptly while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Serve as the principal intermediary between clients and the organization, facilitating seamless communication and fostering strong relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Evaluate employee productivity on a regular basis and deliver constructive feedback, or elevate issues to appropriate leadership if needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for both staff and client records at all times.
Compile comprehensive reports detailing client feedback, staff performance metrics, and the resolution of issues encountered.
The role involves assisting with various administrative tasks as part of the HR and operations teams, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient support for daily functions.
Ensure that all deployed staff adhere strictly to established company policies and procedures.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline—or an HND—is required for this position.
We seek candidates with 1 to 3 years of professional experience in customer service, human resources, or administrative roles, ideally within a recruitment or outsourcing environment.
Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships is essential. Proficiency in conveying ideas clearly, collaborating with diverse teams, and fostering positive interactions with stakeholders at all levels is required.
Proven expertise in conflict resolution and problem-solving is required.
Exceptional proficiency in organization and the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently is essential.
Demonstrates strong competency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on advanced skills in Excel and Word.
Demonstrates exceptional composure and efficiency in high-pressure situations while effectively overseeing diverse client portfolios and coordinating staff activities.
