Intelligent Innovations Limited is in search of a dynamic and commercially savvy Senior Tech Sales & Business Development Specialist to spearhead revenue expansion, extend market reach, and cultivate strategic alliances within our diverse portfolio of technology and business solutions.

The successful applicant should demonstrate a proven history of success in enterprise sales, business development, solution-driven selling, and relationship management.

This professional will be tasked with uncovering new business prospects, overseeing high-value accounts, cultivating strategic alliances, and spearheading the widespread acceptance of our offerings.

The ideal candidate will effectively engage with C-level executives, key decision-makers, HR leaders, and business owners, establishing Intelligent Innovations as a trusted partner for technology and business solutions.

What Will You Be Doing?

Craft and implement strategic sales and business development initiatives designed to foster consistent, long-term revenue growth across the organization’s entire portfolio of products and services.

To generate new business prospects, cultivate qualified leads, and advance sales initiatives across software development services, digital transformation solutions, technology consulting, talent outsourcing, recruitment services, workforce solutions, and digital products.

Promote and market Intelligent Innovations’ portfolio of technology solutions, encompassing enterprise-focused offerings such as Appanage and additional proprietary products and services, with a focus on driving sales growth and customer engagement.

Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline by actively engaging in prospecting, cultivating professional networks, leveraging referrals, fostering strategic partnerships, hosting or attending events, and utilizing digital marketing channels.

Develop and sustain strong connections with business leaders, decision-makers, HR executives, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment.

Lead client discovery sessions, deliver solution presentations, facilitate product demonstrations, and participate in consultative sales meetings.

Analyze clients’ business challenges and propose tailored technology and business solutions that yield tangible, quantifiable benefits.

Develop proposals, quotations, presentations, business cases, and commercial agreements with precision and clarity.

Spearhead negotiations and finalize substantial agreements and extended contracts with a high degree of success.

Work collaboratively with Product, Delivery, Customer Experience, Recruitment, and Marketing teams to facilitate seamless onboarding processes and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Forging strategic partnerships and alliances to unlock new business opportunities and generate additional revenue streams is a key responsibility of this role.

Oversee pivotal client relationships while strategically uncovering avenues to enhance revenue through the promotion of supplementary offerings.

To stay ahead of the curve, analyze market trends, track industry developments, monitor competitor activities, and evaluate emerging technologies to uncover potential growth opportunities.

Generate and maintain precise sales forecasts, pipeline reports, customer records, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems.

You are responsible for surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets, consistently driving performance beyond expectations.

You will serve as the company’s ambassador at various professional gatherings, including conferences, exhibitions, networking events, business forums, and industry engagements.

Consistently prepare and present detailed business development reports, along with actionable strategic recommendations, to senior leadership for informed decision-making.

Proven track record in overseeing large-scale enterprise accounts and cultivating relationships with key senior stakeholders to drive strategic business outcomes.

Professional experience at a technology enterprise, consulting agency, outsourcing firm, or digital services provider is strongly preferred.

Exceptional proficiency in business development, strategic sales initiatives, and cultivating client relationships is essential.

Outstanding skills in delivering compelling presentations, negotiating effectively, and securing successful closures of deals.

Proficient in leveraging technology solutions, driving digital transformation initiatives, and enhancing business processes for optimal efficiency.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Possesses a deep understanding of commercial dynamics and a keen business sense.

Proven capability to navigate intricate sales processes and secure substantial business deals at scale.

Strong command of CRM platforms and sales management software is essential.

Account management expertise and a strong ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships are essential.
