This position is a full-time role for operation personnel based at Cash Box in Victoria Island, Lagos, with the option for hybrid work arrangements.
The position entails managing complaints resolution and payment processing functions in collaboration with various teams throughout the organization.
The position requires addressing and resolving complaints forwarded by the customer service department.
Responsibilities include managing payment operations such as processing transactions and processing refunds as required.
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, demonstrate at least five years of progressive experience in a comparable role, and exhibit proficiency in industry-standard software tools.
A Bachelor of Science degree in any academic discipline is required.
Minimum of two years of professional experience within a formal organization or structured business environment is required.
Proficient in both written and spoken English with a high degree of fluency.
Applicants must be no older than 28 years of age.
Demonstrates foundational knowledge of fundamental financial principles and methodologies.
Highly proficient in computer operations and technology, with a strong command of digital tools and systems.
