Install, configure, and maintain a variety of IT equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals, to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
Oversee and ensure the ongoing functionality and reliability of the Company’s IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
Design, create, enhance, and sustain the Company’s official website to ensure optimal functionality, user experience, and alignment with business objectives.
Maintain the website’s operational integrity, fortify its security protocols, and enhance its user experience to ensure seamless functionality.
Enhance website performance, ensuring optimal speed and responsiveness throughout all user interactions.
Maintain the operational efficiency of office technology and communication systems.
Oversee the administration of user accounts, including password management and access permission assignments.
Perform routine system maintenance and apply necessary updates on a consistent basis.
Safeguard and maintain accurate backup and recovery procedures for all company data to prevent loss and ensure operational continuity.
Responsible for overseeing and updating a comprehensive inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses.
Develop and deploy robust cybersecurity protocols to safeguard critical company information and infrastructure against evolving digital threats.
Provide comprehensive training to staff members on the effective and appropriate utilization of technology and digital tools.
As needed, develop and deploy website updates, enhancements, and new functionalities to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Track website analytics and compile detailed performance reports to assess key metrics and trends.
Regularly update website content in coordination with the Media and Marketing teams to maintain accuracy and relevance.
Investigate and address website errors, bugs, and technical issues to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
Implement robust measures to safeguard the website against cyber threats and maintain its security integrity.
Provide assistance in deploying and overseeing CRM platforms and additional business applications.
Develop and propose technology-driven solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency across various processes.
You will provide technical assistance to online marketing campaigns, ensuring their seamless execution and optimal performance.
Oversee the company’s email infrastructure, including systems, domains, hosting solutions, and cloud-based applications to ensure seamless functionality and security.
Ensure strict adherence to organizational guidelines pertaining to data protection and the appropriate utilization of technological resources.
