As a CCA teacher specializing in Cultural and Creative Arts or Co-Curricular Activities, you will design and facilitate dynamic lessons encompassing arts, music, drama, and cultural heritage, or oversee extracurricular clubs. Your role will involve nurturing self-expression, cultivating artistic proficiencies, and equipping students with the skills necessary for exhibitions and performances.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the strategic planning, development, and implementation of initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. Serve as a primary point of accountability for project management, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency. Act as a liaison between leadership and staff, facilitating transparent communication and alignment with company goals. Monitor industry trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Lead initiatives to optimize resource allocation, mitigate risks, and drive sustainable results. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining a high standard of accountability and professionalism.
Plan and deliver thorough CCA lessons that align with Nigerian, British, or American educational frameworks, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the curriculum requirements.
Introduce students to a diverse range of creative disciplines, such as painting, music appreciation, drama, and traditional crafts, to foster skill development.
Event Management: Plan and execute school plays, cultural days, art exhibitions, and performances, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality execution.
Evaluate student progress, maintain accurate academic records, and prepare students for both internal and external examinations, such as the BEE and WAEC.
Supervise a variety of after-school clubs, societies, and educational outings to foster comprehensive student growth and engagement.
