Summary
We are looking to hire a seasoned and proficient Civil Engineer to strengthen our team.
Our role encompasses a range of key duties, including managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. You will be tasked with overseeing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to align objectives. Additionally, the position requires analyzing data to drive informed decision-making, implementing process improvements, and upholding compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Success in this role hinges on your ability to lead cross-functional teams, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver measurable results while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsible for managing civil engineering projects throughout all phases, including planning, development, and final execution.
Oversee construction crews and verify compliance with established quality benchmarks.
Offer expert technical advice and facilitate communication between contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment and compliance throughout projects.
Deliver all projects punctually and within the allocated financial constraints.
Requirements
Holds a valid CORE Certificate issued by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria.
A minimum of a decade of hands-on experience in civil engineering and construction projects following professional qualification is required.
Proven proficiency in designing, overseeing, and delivering extensive building and infrastructure projects with a high degree of expertise.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, manage projects from inception to completion, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
