Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in software development is essential. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Java, Python, and C++, is mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are highly valued. Prior experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a significant advantage. Additionally, familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is preferred.
A recognized institution must award a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Estate Management, or a comparable discipline.
Registration with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) is mandatory.
Affiliation with the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NILS) is strongly preferred.
Professional certifications in project management, construction management, procurement, or contract administration will enhance candidacy.
Familiarity with housing development, real estate projects, and social housing initiatives is considered a valuable asset.
Requires a minimum of five to ten years of demonstrated expertise in quantity surveying, cost management, and construction project administration.
Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale development projects is required.
