We seek a seasoned Contracts Professional with 12–13 years of hands-on experience in Contract Management, Contract Administration, Techno-Commercial Evaluation, Negotiation, and Project Contracts, particularly within the Petrochemical, Fertilizer, EPC, Refinery, or Civil Engineering sectors.
Oversee the complete contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and thorough review to strategic negotiation and ongoing administration.
Oversee the full spectrum of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and both Major and Minor Capital Expenditure (Capex) project contracts with precision and accountability.
Conduct contract negotiations with vendors, contractors, and service providers to secure favorable terms and agreements.
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, proactively mitigate risks, and effectively manage claims to safeguard organizational interests and maintain operational integrity.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with the Projects, Procurement, Legal, and Finance departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure contracts are executed successfully while fulfilling all quality standards, staying within budget, and adhering to established timelines.
Requirements include holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Additionally, familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are also required.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (B.E./B. Tech) is required.
An MBA or PGDM degree is highly desirable for this role.
