The AP Graduate Trainee Program is an innovative early-career development initiative aimed at recruiting, cultivating, and accelerating outstanding graduates toward leadership roles in the energy industry.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to qualify for consideration. Applicants should possess a minimum of [X] years of relevant experience in [specific field or industry], along with a [specific degree, certification, or skill set] from an accredited institution. Strong proficiency in [key software, tools, or methodologies] is essential, as is the ability to demonstrate [specific soft skills or competencies]. A bachelor’s degree with at least a Second Class Upper (2:1) division from a recognized university is required. Candidates should hold an undergraduate degree in Engineering—such as Chemical, Petroleum, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Electrical—or in a Business-related field.
A minimum of five (5) O’ Level credits is required, including Mathematics and English Language, all attained in a single examination sitting.
Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYC) program, evidenced by a valid discharge certificate, is required. Candidates must demonstrate readiness to relocate to various locations throughout Nigeria.
