Job Summary
This position ensures the successful implementation of road construction projects by overseeing technical execution, maintaining rigorous quality standards, and enforcing engineering protocols across designated site segments.
The ideal candidate will oversee earthworks, subcase, base course, and asphalt operations while ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
You will collaborate with the Project Manager, Surveyor, and QA/QC teams to verify precise setting-out, oversee proper implementation of works, and facilitate timely reporting of site progress.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, either a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) or a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), is required for this position.
CORE registration, whether already obtained or currently in the process of being secured, is highly desirable.
With a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in the construction of roads or civil infrastructure, candidates should possess a strong foundation in the sector.
Accomplished professionals with extensive expertise in earthworks, pavement construction, and asphalt operations are sought. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in executing these specialized fields with precision and efficiency.
Proficiency in quality assurance and quality control methodologies, coupled with expertise in site inspection protocols, is essential for this role.
Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and overseeing on-site operational activities.
