You will be responsible for performing the following duties and tasks, which include but are not limited to:
Evaluating regional portfolio performance and repayment patterns to develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly strategies aimed at optimizing collection rates from delinquent customers.
Conducting field visits to validate the integrity of sales performance and gather diverse perspectives from various regions, aiming to refine strategic initiatives and address issues such as disabled lamps and repayment challenges.
Delivering weekly reports to the Sales and Risk Management teams, detailing on-field interventions conducted, and the outcomes accomplished, while also incorporating valuable customer insights.
Designing, implementing, and optimizing collection processes are essential to enhance repayment rates and improve customer satisfaction.
Collaborating closely with Area Business Managers and Field Sales Executives to facilitate the repossession of products from customers in arrears when direct action is deemed necessary.
Report all instances of suspected product tampering detected in the field via the designated reporting process and channels provided by the Risk team.
Facilitating the reporting and enforcement of corrective measures against individuals involved in fraudulent activities within the field, including product tampering and misleading sales practices by field sales executives, in accordance with the established Risk function guidelines.
Training field sales executives to manage repossession processes and resolve challenging customer collection matters effectively.
To maintain an efficient operating rhythm, follow up with Agents (Field Officers) to verify timely completion of collection calls and repossession tasks.
Establishing cash collection centers and configuring the essential collection infrastructure are key responsibilities, ensuring the setup of critical operational areas.

A relevant Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Finance, Community Development, Communication, Credit Risk Management, or a closely related discipline is required for this role.
