Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to drive efficiency and accountability across departments. Collaborate with senior management to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize resource allocation. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement through mentorship, training, and performance incentives. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards while upholding the highest levels of corporate governance.

Design, engineer, and deploy communication systems tailored for both space-based and terrestrial platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity and operational reliability across diverse environments.

Configure, validate, and troubleshoot RF, satellite, and wireless communication systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with technical specifications.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate communication subsystems into aerospace platforms.

Conduct comprehensive link budget assessments, execute signal processing tasks, and refine protocol configurations to enhance overall system performance.

Oversee network operations to ensure optimal performance and maintain signal integrity, promptly identifying and resolving any issues that arise.

Maintain adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and quality assurance benchmarks.

Explore and recommend emerging communication technologies and architectural frameworks to foster innovation.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the field, preferably holding a degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance protocols is also a must.

A Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with at least two years of practical experience in communication system design or RF engineering.

Proficient in satellite communication systems, RF circuit design, and digital modulation methodologies.

Seeking candidates with demonstrated expertise in simulation tools like MATLAB, HESS, CST, or equivalent platforms for signal and antenna analysis.

Proficiency in software-defined radio (SDR), IoT communication protocols, or 5G technologies is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrates proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with a keen ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. Exhibits strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate across teams. Proven experience in project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities. Familiarity with industry-specific software, tools, or methodologies is advantageous, as is a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Aptitude for working in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Proficient in satellite link design methodologies and VSAT system architectures is required.

Possesses practical expertise in integrating and testing hardware components.

Possesses in-depth knowledge of low-Earth orbit (LEO) satellite network systems and their operational frameworks.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in analytical reasoning and the capacity to resolve complex challenges efficiently.

Proven expertise in fostering collaborative relationships and conveying ideas with clarity and professionalism. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to working effectively within team environments.
