Location: Ogijo, Ogun

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to established protocols. Manage a diverse range of tasks, from administrative duties to strategic planning, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and accountability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Installs high-tension (HT) panels, low-tension (LT) panels, transformers, and motors, ensuring proper setup and adherence to technical specifications.

Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered for this position. Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish is essential. A bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience, is required. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is a must. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in project management or a related discipline is highly desirable.

Candidates who meet the criteria should hold an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and have a minimum of four years of hands-on experience as a Site Electrical Engineer, specifically within the domains of Gas Engine Generators, Oil & Gas, and Steel industries.

The candidate must possess strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to effectively manage and produce reports.
