Responsibilities

Assist patients with their bathroom needs, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety during such activities. Provide support with toileting, maintaining hygiene, and transferring as necessary, while adhering to infection control protocols and facility guidelines.

Professionals are responsible for providing patients or residents with thorough bathing and grooming assistance to maintain hygiene and comfort standards.

Responsible for upholding patients’ cleanliness standards and ensuring bed linens are regularly changed to promote comfort and hygiene.

Responsibilities include assisting patients with transfers by turning, repositioning, and moving them between wheelchairs, seats, and beds as required.

Provide meals to patients and actively assist them in consuming their food as required.

Record essential physiological indicators, including blood pressure and body temperature, to ensure accurate patient assessments.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with proven experience and a strong educational background in the relevant field. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional analytical skills, proficient technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential to collaborate across departments and deliver high-quality results. A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving industry standards is also required. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory, along with the capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience in a similar role and relevant certifications will be advantageous.

Seasoned professionals with demonstrated expertise in the Nursing Assistant role or equivalent positions are encouraged to apply.
