Job Summary
As the Senior Research Associate, your leadership will drive the firm’s research capabilities, providing critical market intelligence, investment insights, and strategic guidance to enhance portfolio performance, client advisory services, and overall business expansion.
Oversee a range of operational duties, including managing daily workflows, ensuring compliance with established policies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. Monitor performance metrics to evaluate progress toward goals, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Facilitate effective communication between departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Maintain accurate records, prepare reports for leadership review, and adhere to regulatory and safety standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that support long-term business growth. Additionally, mentor team members, provide training, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Direct oversight of equity and macroeconomic research initiatives spanning diverse sectors and global markets is required.
Perform comprehensive assessments of companies, industries, and markets to formulate strategic investment recommendations.
Construct sophisticated financial models, design comprehensive valuation frameworks, author detailed market outlook reports, and produce insightful research publications.
Oversee model portfolios while delivering tailored investment advisory services to leadership, institutional clients, and sales teams to drive informed decision-making and strategic alignment.
Craft insightful market commentaries, investment analyses, and strategic research reports on a consistent basis to bolster business expansion and maintain strong client relationships.
We seek candidates with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail are also required. Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous, as is familiarity with compliance regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are expected to ensure seamless project execution.
A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a closely related discipline is required for this role.
With a minimum of five years of professional experience in Equity Research, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Stockbroking, or Capital Markets, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in their respective fields.
Professional certifications, including but not limited to CFA, CIS, ACA, ARCA, or equivalent qualifications, are strongly preferred for this role.
Requires extensive proficiency in financial modelling, conducting company valuations, performing equity analysis, and conducting macroeconomic research.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in analytical reasoning, the preparation of compelling presentations, the crafting of detailed reports, and the effective management of stakeholder relationships.
