Job Summary
The Chief Supervising Officer (CSO) will oversee security operations, supervise security personnel, and ensure the effective deployment of guards across client locations.

The position requires availability to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend or evening shifts as needed to support operational demands. Flexibility to adjust schedules based on project deadlines or team requirements is essential, and the ability to work remotely or hybrid may be available depending on the role and team structure.
