Job Summary:
We are in search of a seasoned and accomplished Head of Technical/Power Distribution to spearhead our power distribution team. The ideal candidate will oversee the seamless distribution of power, uphold reliability standards, and execute technical strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development is required, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development best practices is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are necessary. Must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of seven years of experience in power distribution systems, candidates should possess a strong background in this field to be considered for the role.

Proactively assess processes, systems, and workflows to pinpoint areas where enhancements can be made, then develop and execute strategic plans to implement these improvements effectively.
