Identify and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical malfunctions in electric vehicles.
Perform comprehensive evaluations of battery health and continuously track performance metrics to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
Conduct thorough inspections and perform routine maintenance on electric vehicle charging systems and associated equipment to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
Replace or repair malfunctioning motors, batteries, controllers, and wiring systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
Employ diagnostic software and specialized tools to accurately detect vehicle faults and system errors.
Examine technical data and diagnostic trouble codes to establish necessary repair procedures.
Thoroughly evaluate vehicle systems post-repair to confirm they operate as intended and meet performance standards.
Investigate and resolve issues related to charging malfunctions and faults within the battery management system (BMS).
Adhere rigorously to established high-voltage electrical safety protocols as well as the specifications outlined by equipment manufacturers.
Ensure that all maintenance operations adhere strictly to established company protocols and applicable regulatory standards.
Ensure meticulous documentation of service records, maintenance logs, and repair reports.
Job Requirement
Achieving a minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSC) results is required for this role.
Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Individuals should possess a solid understanding of electric vehicle technology, battery systems, and charging infrastructure, with a preference for candidates located near the Island.
