We are currently recruiting a proficient and safety-focused Grove Crane Operator to enhance our operations team based in Papa. The ideal candidate will be tasked with operating Grove mobile cranes to lift, transport, and position heavy materials and equipment in a manner that ensures both efficiency and strict compliance with all safety and operational protocols.
Oversee core duties encompassing the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and prepare comprehensive reports to inform executive decision-making. Safely and efficiently operate Grove mobile cranes while adhering to established company policies and industry regulations.
Conduct thorough pre-operation inspections and perform routine maintenance checks on all crane equipment.
Efficiently lift, transfer, and position heavy loads in accordance with specific directives and operational needs.
Ensure adherence to all established safety protocols, load charts, and lifting plans to maintain operational integrity and mitigate risk.
Collaborate closely with riggers, supervisors, and on-site personnel to ensure seamless coordination throughout lifting operations.
Promptly report any equipment defects, maintenance needs, and safety concerns as soon as they are identified.
Accurately document all crane operations and inspection activities to ensure comprehensive record-keeping.
Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of all equipment under your responsibility.
Requirements
A Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or an equivalent qualification is required.
Possesses a valid certification or license specifically for crane operation, demonstrating compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience operating Grove mobile cranes.
Demonstrates a solid grasp of lifting operations, load calculations, and crane safety protocols.
Demonstrated expertise in industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or steel production settings is essential.
Proficient in fostering clear and effective communication while collaborating seamlessly with team members.
Proven capability to perform effectively under demanding circumstances while ensuring adherence to stringent safety protocols.
Preferred qualifications encompass a proven track record in a leadership capacity within a healthcare setting, hands-on experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and a strong understanding of clinical workflows and regulatory standards. Proven expertise in the handling, processing, and management of steel products, heavy machinery, and industrial materials.
