Assisting investigators involves gathering and delivering relevant footage and data concerning incidents to support their inquiries.
Maintenance involves conducting routine inspections and upkeep of CCTV systems to verify and sustain their optimal performance.
Quality Control involves maintaining the highest standards of footage integrity while addressing any technical discrepancies that may arise. This role is responsible for overseeing the quality of visual content and implementing solutions to rectify technical challenges effectively.
Training involves instructing staff members on the proper operation of CCTV systems and adherence to established security procedures.
Compliance involves verifying that CCTV operations adhere to applicable privacy laws and regulatory requirements.
Incident Reporting involves the systematic documentation and submission of incident reports to both management and relevant authorities.
