Purpose

To conduct regular maintenance checks, oversee operations, and monitor production machinery, ensuring seamless and efficient functionality to maintain uninterrupted factory operations.

Oversee and execute a wide range of duties to ensure operational efficiency and project success. Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to align with organizational objectives. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization. Conduct regular evaluations to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal standards while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

Operate production machinery in compliance with established standard operating procedures to maintain efficient and precise manufacturing processes.

To establish and execute a preventive and corrective maintenance schedule, ensuring machinery operates at peak efficiency while minimizing the risk of unplanned downtime.

Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in specific programming languages and frameworks is essential, as is familiarity with industry-standard tools and methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities are required, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
