About the Role
This position serves a dual purpose, merging client relationship management with business development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating cryogenic transport logistics and fertility concierge services for clients spanning Nigeria and international markets, as well as spearheading efforts to expand our business by cultivating and securing new partnerships and client accounts.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Deliver consistent results through meticulous planning, proactive problem-solving, and effective resource allocation. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and maintain high levels of accountability. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and driving measurable performance gains. Uphold compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical guidelines to safeguard organizational integrity and stakeholder trust.
Coordinate domestic and international cryogenic shipments, ensuring seamless logistics and delivery. Provide expert support for cryogenic logistics operations, maintaining strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Facilitate concierge service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline shipment processes.
Act as the main liaison for current clients, delivering consistently high-quality service throughout all interactions.
Proactively engage, cultivate, and secure partnerships with new clinics, referral networks, and individual clients to expand service reach and enhance collaboration opportunities.
Facilitate the expansion of CML’s footprint throughout Nigeria and extend its reach into additional international markets.
Accurate record-keeping and clear communication are essential responsibilities, involving coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless information exchange and operational efficiency.
You may be required to undertake domestic and international travel to engage with clients and partners as needed.
The position necessitates a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is critical. Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards is also required.
A relevant bachelor’s degree is required; preference will be given to candidates with a background in the healthcare field.
Seeking candidates with one to three years of experience in client-facing positions, sales-driven environments, or coordination-focused roles.
Able to promptly travel domestically and internationally at short notice, demonstrating both willingness and capacity to do so.
You must possess dependable internet connectivity to perform duties effectively both in the field and remotely.
