Proven expertise in cultivating institutional partnerships, delivering strategic consulting solutions, conducting investment banking analysis, providing public-sector advisory services, engaging with multilateral organizations, or performing similar high-level strategic functions is required.

Top-tier strategy consulting experience, exposure to central bank policy frameworks, or collaboration with multilateral institutions such as the AFDB, World Bank, or IMF is strongly advantageous.

Demonstrates exceptional analytical and strategic reasoning skills, proficient at organizing intricate institutional prospects and partnerships.

Established track record of cultivating trust and effectively operating within executive, ministerial, regulatory, and multilateral contexts.

Skilled in negotiating effectively, managing stakeholders, and cultivating strong professional relationships.

Proven expertise in crafting clear, compelling written materials, delivering persuasive verbal communications, designing impactful presentations, and engaging in high-level executive discussions.

Comprehensive knowledge of the institutional landscapes across African markets, coupled with a Pan-African perspective.

Analytical mindset required, along with strong proficiency in conducting market research, evaluating opportunity sizing, and performing strategic analysis.
