Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational standards. Responsible for receiving, storing, and accurately accounting for all incoming materials to ensure proper inventory management and documentation.

To meticulously verify waybills, confirm that the received materials match the approved quantities and oversee their off-loading. Any discrepancies must be documented promptly by recording shortages directly on the waybills.

Responsibilities include generating G.R.L. and other documents essential for precise record-keeping, as well as managing stock control records to track receipts and issuances. Additionally, the role entails conducting monthly reconciliations between these records and the system’s data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

I.O.U.s may only be accepted in emergency situations, provided prior authorization is obtained from the Stock Controller; in their absence, approval must be secured from the Sectional Manager.

To ensure organized stores for efficient inspections, promptly report any shortages or low stock levels, and maintain overall cleanliness throughout the stores and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include accurately recording all daily receipts into the computer system and efficiently issuing materials accompanied by their respective item references.

Ensuring a safe working environment through regular provision and upkeep of necessary safety measures is paramount. This includes maintaining equipment, adhering to compliance standards, and implementing protocols to mitigate workplace hazards.

To foster clear and concise communication with fellow supervisors regarding matters of organizational significance.

Ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of all employees and stakeholders, Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OH&S) is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive policies and procedures. This role involves conducting regular risk assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing ongoing training to promote a culture of safety awareness. Additionally, the position requires monitoring workplace conditions, investigating incidents, and collaborating with management to address potential hazards. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.

A Quality Management System aligned with GMP and ISO 9001:2015 standards must be maintained.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory. Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in software development, with proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Familiarity with database management systems and version control tools like Git is required. Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail are also necessary.

ND/HND or B.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering or other closely related engineering disciplines are required.

A minimum of two years of practical experience in a related field is required.
