Job Summary
A motivated HVAC Technician Trainee is sought, one with a keen interest in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Oversee a range of critical duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, address gaps, and propose data-driven solutions. Maintain meticulous documentation of processes, outcomes, and compliance to facilitate audits and reporting. Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving escalated issues and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

Provide support to skilled technicians throughout the processes of installation, maintenance, and repair.
Acquire proficiency in the safe operation and use of HVAC tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments.
Perform regular inspections and execute preventive maintenance tasks as part of standard operations.
Requirements
A Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a closely related discipline is required.
Individuals should exhibit a keen interest in HVAC systems and related technical disciplines, demonstrating a strong inclination toward hands-on problem-solving and system maintenance.
Demonstrates a strong eagerness to acquire and enhance technical competencies.
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills are essential for effective interaction within cross-functional teams and for fostering a productive work environment.
Must be capable of functioning effectively within physically rigorous conditions.
