Conducts comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify and address the needs and risks of assigned cases, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to established protocols. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized service plans, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as required to achieve optimal outcomes. Maintains accurate records, prepares detailed reports, and communicates effectively with stakeholders, including clients, families, and external partners, to facilitate informed decision-making and service delivery. Ensures compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards while promoting client safety, well-being, and self-determination.
We assist in the acquisition and integration of new affiliate partners, contributing to the growth and expansion of the affiliate network through streamlined recruitment and onboarding processes.
Assist in maintaining and strengthening relationships with current affiliates by providing ongoing support and communication to ensure their satisfaction and continued collaboration.
Monitor affiliate performance and escalate issues where necessary
Ensure affiliates receive comprehensive updates regarding products, pricing structures, and ongoing promotional initiatives.
Monitor referrals and contribute to commission reconciliation efforts to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain compliance with established policies and procedures.
Compile weekly and monthly affiliate performance reports, analyzing key metrics and trends to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
Follow up with existing affiliates to verify that they are meeting their designated targets and objectives.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in sales, affiliate management, or business development.
Effective collaboration and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with the capacity to manage and synchronize tasks seamlessly.
Target-driven and highly organized professionals are sought for this role, requiring meticulous attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet objectives in fast-paced environments.
Proven capability to collaborate seamlessly within a cross-functional team environment.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and accuracy in document creation, data analysis, and presentation development.
